Ingredients: Hemp Seed Oil, Linalool (450mg), Myrcene (300mg), Beta-Caryophyllene (75mg)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Using the pipette dropper, place 3 to 5 drops under the tongue every 6 to 8 hours. 
Leave under the tongue for at least 30 seconds, then swallow. 
Do not use more than 2mL in 24 hours.
For topical use apply 3 to 5 drops to the affected area and gently massage.
